The Role
To support the Amusement Park’s Food & Beverage operations relating to the production of retail food, quality, food safety and guest satisfaction.

The Sous Chef is responsible for day to day coordination of food requirements, under guidance from the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef must contribute to driving revenue and ensure the safe and efficient handling of food to enable
the outlets to operate satisfactorily and open on time.

The Sous Chef will be required to contribute to the design of new menu items, working as part of a team and supervision of kitchen operations.
