The Future Group (TFG) creates Pixotope®, the world’s leading mixed reality solution for media production. We are currently expanding and are looking for someone who shares our passion for next-generation media production to join our team.

As Product Manager at TFG, you will be a part of our Product Development team, which is a cross-disciplinary group of engineers, designers, and domain experts, who together work to create the best possible solutions for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can help lead the day to day work of the Product Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product team through the product development cycle, from idea, through requirements and design, development, testing, release and feedback.
  • Source ideas and needs (internally and externally) and work with the Product Development team to develop a product plan that addresses them.
  • Capture product requirements, user flows, and other documentation for products in development.
  • Define and analyze metrics to ensure fast iteration and high quality for the product.
  • Foster and nurture a seamless collaboration in the team and with the rest of the organization. Drive collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build cross-functional consensus.
  • Communicate product status, key issues, and launch plans to all stakeholders across the organization, including the executive team.
  • Stay current with broadcast production and mixed reality technology and products

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager (or similar) in a modern product & tech company. Experience from Broadcast or graphics products and B2B business is a plus.
  • Bachelor/Master degree within technology, design, the management or similar is preferable
  • Proven ability to deliver and ship products that solve real customer or logistics needs
  • Passionate about user experience; able to inspire and educate designers and engineers with thought-provoking objectives and customer-centric use cases.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, who is not afraid to take initiative.
  • Strong collaboration skills and relationship management to effectively work across many technology areas and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to achieve results-oriented goals in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment, demonstrating excellent business judgment.
  • Fluent in English. Ability to speak and understand Norwegian is a plus
