Full Job Description

Global Logistics & Ditribution business is starting a new team in Dublin! This team will manage their Customer Service, Service Desk & Technical Support for their users in Sweden, Denmark & Norway.

We are hiring for a number for roles as this team is being created;

  • Norwegian Customer Service
  • Norwegian Service Desk Analysts
  • Norwegian Technical Support Level 1 & 2
  • Swedish, Danish or Norwegian Team Leader/Managers

These positions will manage internal and client communications on a range of product, service and technical support queries.

The positions offers;

  • €28,500 – €44,000
  • Relocation allowance for people moving to Ireland
  • Overtime & Bonus pay
  • Full training in their service, technology & services
  • Remote initially, with a return to work plan that will be rolled out in due course
  • Permanent position
