Homebased within Spain

Salary €28,300 including language bonus (€25,000 basic per year + fixed language bonus for supporting French)

Job Duties

Excellent opportunity to join this leading company. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat with any account issues that they have.

Essential Criteria

· Fluent French and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc

Candidates must already live in Spain and have an NIE number.

Relocation assistance can be provided if required.

Candidates must already have work permission for Spain.

40 hours a week includes shift work rotational includes some weekends and shifts operate between 7am to 10pm. Working 5 days a week.
