French and Italian Speaking Customer Support – permanently work from home
The Customer Support Agent liaises with customers ensuring everything is going smoothly with their account. If any issues exist the agent will use excellent customer service skills to solve any issue, liaising with other departments when required.
The role involves assisting customers by phone and by emails.
· Most be fluent in all 3 languages – French, Italian and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc
Candidates must work from home in Catalonia only.
Relocation assistance can be provided if required.
Interviews will be done online.

Salary: 28,300.00€ per year
