One of my clients in Luxembourg is looking for a helpdesk consultant for support level 1 and 2

Client Details

Manufacture sector


  • Telephone support for internal users regarding all questions about the IT environment
  • Problem analysis and, at best, problem solving within the shortest time possible
  • Recording of problems by means of ticketing tool in order to analyze it deeper in 2nd level support
  • New installation of IT workstations (PC systems including Windows OS and printers), – relocation of IT workstations
  • Installing or uninstalling applications
  • Remote troubleshooting of client operating systems


  • Strong communication skills and enjoys talking on the phone with users
  • Completed IT training or corresponding additional qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of the offered position is an advantage
  • You enjoy working in a team and are resilient in stressful situations
  • You are fluent in English (knowledge of German or French is an advantage)
  • Technical skills about client OS (Windows) is a must, network and server knowledge could be an advantage
