Responsibilities:

· Implementation of operational tasks of orders and processing them in the system

· Administrative and commercial support of technical service team

· Managing contact with clients, co-operators and external services providers

· Cooperation in the field of administration, sales and services

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in B2B

· Fluency in English is a must + German

· Some Polish will be beneficial as the role is based out in Poland.

· Good knowledge of MS-Office programs

· Quality mind-set: focus on process excellence and data quality

· Open, “can do” attitude and responsive to change

· Self-disciplined and well organized
